We do NOT 'teach'. We facilitate experiences.
Everyone learns in their own way, based on their own existing wisdom. When you bring Banner Lab in to work with your group on new skills you will not be taking 'notes' from a lecture- you will be learning and growing from real experiences. We are able and excited to craft a session specifically for your particular needs. We are able to travel for this important work!

De-escalation

Banner Lab specializes in a unique, effective and evolving form of de-escalation training. We have a choice of how we move forward in conflict. Banner Lab with help your group to be more prepared to succeed at de-escalation the next time you face conflict. This training is not just for activists. All people can benefit. Prepare to be surprised as you craft your OWN way to de-escalate tense situations based on your personality and natural talents.
Police 101
Some of us benefit from practicing situations where they will have to deal with the police. We can facilitate this practice so everyone feels more prepared.

We can work with your group on messaging and train your team to craft their OWN messages. We love to help media spokespeople hone their craft and learn to make sure the world hears what YOU want them to hear.
